Pay Range Details
The pay ranges below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations. The wage range for this position in Southern California is $17.00 - $17.99 and for Northern California is $19.00 - $19.99.

Job Description- Monitor staff work activities and provides directions according to the Company policy, assists and trains as needed
- Responsible for overseeing the work activities of entire store and monitors the performance of the store to ensure the goals are achieved
- Offer outstanding customer service.
- Assist in the hiring, training and motivation of store team
- Be an independent buyer and assist in the coordination of all buying tasks, including training new buyers.
Must be over 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
