What are the items you do not accept?

We do not accept the following items:

Items that are prohibited by law and/or company policy
Items that are monogrammed and/or personalized
Items that are in poor condition (damaged, dirty, odor, etc)
Replica, counterfeit, or fake items
Clothing: Kimono, school uniform, work uniform, wedding dress, tuxedo, pajamas, underwear, swimwear, skiwear, wet suit, children’s wear, babywear and rainwear
Accessories: gold, platinum, jewelry, towel, handkerchief, stockings/tights and socks

Can you include your purchasing price on the website?

Our estimation of our purchasing price depends on the condition of the item and our current inventory, therefore we do not include our purchasing price on the website.

We do make an estimate for free. Please contact us for more details.

Why do you not have a fixed rate for buying?

Our buyers with broad knowledge on the current fashion market will evaluate each item carefully. We will determine a price based on the current trends, seasonality, and condition. Please feel free to bring in your items for estimation.
 

Can I leave my unaccepted items in the store?

Unfortunately, you are required to take the unacceptable items with you.

Can I leave my unaccepted items in the store?

Yes. We will give you a call once estimation is completed. Please return to the store whenever you are ready before we close as the estimated value is only valid on the day of the estimation.

What do I need to bring with me in order to sell my used items?

You will need to bring a valid photo ID such as Driver's license, Passport, State ID, and Military ID.

Also, you must be 18 years or older to sell, or be accompanied by a guardian of parental authority with valid photo ID.
 

Can I get an estimate beforehand?

Of course, but please keep in mind that the estimate of your item is only valid on the same day (estimations are subject to change on a day-to-day basis).

Can I get an estimate over the phone?

The purchasing price that we offer may vary on the condition of the item, therefore you need to bring your item to the store in order to get an estimate.
 

Do I have to sell my item after getting an estimate?

You don't have to sell your item if you are not satisfied with the estimate.
 

I have a great number of items to sell. Can your buyers come to my house to pick them up?

Unfortunately, we cannot send our buyers to your house. Please bring your items to our store.

Do I need to bring my ID with me even though this is the second time using your service?

Yes, you must bring your ID with you every time you sell your items.

Can I use my invalid ID (e.g. expired passports, etc.)?

No. Your ID must be valid in order to use our services.

I'm under 18 but I want to sell my items, what can I do?

Please take your parent or legal guardian with you so that they can sell your items for you. They must have a valid ID with them to sell your items. Please go to the question, "What do I need to bring with me in order to sell my used items?" for more information about what you need to sell your items.

Do you purchase items in any condition?

We are happy to inspect all items you bring into the store, but the estimated price of the items with any damages may be less than the items in good condition. If the item is stained, torn, and/or in any similar poor condition, we may not purchase it.
 

Do you purchase any out-of-season items?

Yes, we are always open regardless the season! However, our purchasing price may change depending on the season.

What time is the in-store drop off hours? Do I need an appointment?

You do not need to make an appointment, you can bring the item(s) anytime during our store hours (11 a.m.-8 p.m.).

What sizes do you buy?

We accept all sizes, but the purchasing price may vary according by size.

Do you trade?

No, we do not trade at this time.

What is CAPSS?

It's the California law in which you buy watches or jewelry at a second hand store, you must register the serial number on the system called CAPSS. In order to purchase your watches or jewelry, we need the required information such as:

Customers' data
Name, Address, Date of Birth, Gender, Hair Color, Height, Weight, and so on.
You can register the required information on the registration page on CAPSS.
We will ask you to register when it is necessary.
We CANNOT purchase any watches or accessories without your registration.

When you buy

Can I return my items?

No, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges. 

Can you put the items on hold?

Yes, any item can be on hold only for up to 1 day. If you don't come back on that day, we will put the item(s) back to where it was.

Do you have a parking lot?

Unfortunately, we do not have parking lots and discount services for the other parking lots around our store location.

What days do you close?

Our store opens every day, but we may change store hours or close the store temporarily due to renovation or inventory. If you would like to make sure, please contact us or check for any announcement posted at the store.

Can I purchase items at the store online?

Can I receive any kind of notification when the item(s) arrives at the store?

We are so sorry, we do not provide any sort of notification or pre-order services because all items we have are one of a kind.

What kind of credit cards do you accept?

We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB INTERNATIONAL, DISCOVER, and UNION PAY.
